Anita began her real estate career first assisting real estate agents while in college and she quickly learned that she loved this business. She grew up in the small town of Kittrell, North Carolina (north of Raleigh), attended college at ECU-Greenville and moved to Farmville, VA for her first job in sales. She later moved to Elizabeth City, NC where she got her Real Estate License and began her real estate career there. She worked with clients throughout that area in both North Carolina and Virginia. After 10 years there, Anita and her husband relocated back to Raleigh area to continue her Real Estate career. She specializes in the growing areas of Wake Forest, Franklin county, Granville county, and North Raleigh area. Currently she holds a Real Estate License in NC as well as VA.
Throughout her career, Anita has been proud and honored to work with many Military families relocating into or out of the area. North Carolina as a state is a popular destination for retiring Military families and Anita is particularly experienced in assisting them and knowledgeable of the best services available for them. She also has a passion for working with First Time Home Buyers and is skilled at walking them through what can be a confusing process – buying a first home. She’s an experienced Listing Agent who, prides herself on integrity and honesty and will do everything necessary to successfully sell your home.
